Australia Bound!
World Transplant Games 2009, here I come. Did a quick video last night :). All packed and ready to go!
Did one last miles repeat yesterday.
6:25, 6:45, 6:57 <- the first mile went way too hard but I never ran that hard before!
Before I go, a few friends followed me during a bike ride. It was fun....there was a point where I almost ran into my friend's car =D. I had to scream out "can you go faster??"
