i) Swimming
- aim for 30 min a day but I think my body can handle more than that
ii) core exercise (http://d3multisport.com/articles/core1.html)
- 10 min a day. They hurt. :)

- I use to drop my dad to the GO Station. Now I told him to drive down himself. I will jog down (35 min). Pick up the car and drive to work.
iv) Got this:
I also want to get this:
It is a soft shell at MEC. I tried it on. It felt sooo good. I put it down after telling myself that I got a winter jacket to train in already.
Slowly building that base. Though last week, I didn't do too much. My body wants to do more. I want to do more. The goal is still to do something everyday. Nice and steady.
Three years into endurance sports and I feel like a newbie all over again. There is so much to learn and so much area to grow.

Building a base for what??? Did I miss something? Are you planning to do an Ironman next year?
Great jacket - you need two winter training jackets so you have a spare in case you are behind on laundry.
Feeling like a newbie is good fun, it keeps you coming back. Liek Shirley said, what's next (apart from Worlds)?
YEAH--whats next? Gonna join me for Lake placid? Hmm?
Totally get the jacket:)
The jacket looks comfy. I think you might need it...
