Shoutout
An earlier shout out. This one is for those racing at Ironman Coeur d'Alene in June 22nd. I know Bolder in Boulder, Spokane Al and Neoprene Wedgie are doing that. Hopefully the water will be warming up on race day. I personally don't like swimming in freezing water.
Jameson will be doing the Xterra East Championship tomorrow. He is one fast guy.
Tomorrow, Darren will be doing the Muskoka Long Course.
As for me, I am wimping out and going to do the Binbrook Tri instead (closer to home and save some $$ on gas).
Yesterday I worked on my transition. Getting on and off the bike. I also did a brick (run right after the bike). My left leg is having some aches and pain. Left knee, and left quads. I was pushing a faster pace off the front.
I found this youtube video quite motivating :). A lot of Ironman Pros. A lot of Canadians. Peter Reid, Lisa Bentley, Heather Fuhr. There is also footage of Team Hoyt running at night. Incredible.

BRRRR, I start to shiver just thinking about swimming in sub-60 degree water! Will have to do something special for those doing IMCdA at the Bar this week.
Hope the left leg is OK for your race!!
