What a race! Watch closely...blue took off and Bevan Docherty (who was leading before) chased him down and run him off. They made everyone look like they are taking an afternoon stroll.
I emailed Darren about Alton Half (Jan 26th) and here is the schedule...
- 8:30-9:30am Swim.
- 10-1pm 3 hours of Coach Troy love. [Don't we all love Troy :D]
- 1pm- ? Run. 3 loops. 1st loop is ~8k. 2 loops will be 14.6 and 3 loops will be 21.k [Expect 2hr +, as I will be running in my Z1]
1 hr of swim, 3 hr of bike and 2+ hr of run. And beer after. :D All is good...
...went to the pool last night, it feels good to bath in chlorine.
One more video...2007 ITU Cancun Elite Man. Top four spots, three of them were dominated by Canadians. :) Simon Whitfield had a great year for 2007. Looks like he is prep and ready for 2008 Olympics!
