Lastly, Simon Whitfield's interview at Slowtwich. Great read. Just to show how layback the pros can be even at times they train their butt off.
Enjoy..today is Friday and the holiday is right around the corner :) Tomorrow I am going off for a semi long run/hike around my area. I need to spend some time on my own.

Those Nike commercials are awesome :) Lance is so INTENSE. Can he just be relaxed??? He even "acts" intense.
