Since the tri-blog community loves to share, I will share how I slice 16 minutes off my bike leg in my last race. You cannot do this alone.
I thought it was only Christina (the one in the light green) holding on my bike. I didn't realize there were so many ppl. I was wondering why I was going so slow. (Ok I know I am a slow cyclist).
The big guy is Martin. I told him to hold onto my bike as we go up a little incline. We were going so slow and I was peddaling like hell. Huffing and puffing when we got to the top. It was all good.

well its cheaper than a drag sail. In a few months you can reciprocate the favor by swapping your bike for your car when it snows. We used to pull people behind our cars in the snow and called it "hooky-bobbing"
Haha! Too funny! :)
Is this like some kind of Russian training method?
How far did you pull them?
That's a great idea! It's like when baseball players swing a bat with weights on it before going to the batter's box.
Hell of a resisitance workout! You don't need any hills for that, but don't break a crank arm doing this! :-)
That's hysterical. Resistance training like that will make you a speedster on the bike!
Well..well...now the secret it out! For 16 minutes, I'd do the same too!;-) Too funny
cute! top secret no more though* :)
Ha! I love the pics, that's some great training!! I've got some blades, I wonder what a cyclist would do if I just randomly grabbed on?
