Fourth Week - 17th day training
Short jog
Drink: 750 ml water
Distance: 8 km (run) + 4 km (walk)
Weather: Cool with sun (20 degrees)
I sparained my right ankle on my run. It was only a minor sprain. I walked the 4 km afterwards. It was nice to get back on the road. I haven't jog for two days. The cool weather and early morning makes the run very enjoyable. I didn't log my time as this run is a relax run. Running for the sake of running.
I might not be able to to go paintball this Sat and LSD this Friday. I will see. I hope my ankle will rest up.
