I ran over to see Sam's softball game. By the time I got there her game was over. Talked a bit with Joel before ran back. Legs are a bit sore.

    Zone 4 (Sub-Threshold) - 170-176
    Zone 5a (Super-Threshold) - 177-180
    Zone 5b (Aerobic Capacity) - 181-187
    Zone 5c (Power) - 188-196

    For running:
