I did a 8 km run today. Nothing biggie.
15 min warm up.
2-3 km race pace.
15 min cool down.
..taper is taper. Taking everything very easy..despite the busyiness at work.
Today I got an email from my cos in Hong Kong...
We had no contacts for months. Knowing that (from your blog) you are busy on running, it is great. For me, I started jogging with 3 nights per week at a sports ground. After 3 weeks, I can run for 4 rounds (1600m) which I only can make 1.5 rounds in 1st time. Do you remember Stephanie ,my wife, who run with me and she run 2400m in a time.
I need to have sufficient sports to support my body since my blood pressure is keeping high. My target to be run 4000m continuously. For this little target, I hope to be completed in December, 2008....I found this very encouraging :). My cos read my blog as well so I hope he doesn't mind me posting this.
A few more days before the big day...
