Coming down with something.
I know it is coming. I can feel it. Earlier this week I wake up with a slight sore throat. Today I have a mild running nose and feel like I have a fever as well.
Heh. Despite that, I was on the treadmill for an hour yesterday. Low HR (mid 140s). Very easy :).
Eating a lot of food rich in antioxidants and vitamins. This morning I had hot water with lemon and ging seng. A concuction that I made. I should have add honey as well for soothing the throat.
Let see if I can make myself healthier before it gets worst. Lots of rest and keep the stress level low.
On the good news, my body is into training again.
I now weight 150 lbs. My weight after Ironman was 153-155 lbs. I was 143 lbs when I did my Ironman. I am not in a rush to lose those pounds. It is good to see that the weight is heading in the right direction especially after all the Christmas munching :). The season is still early for me. I am looking forward to the summer as I continue to get leaner, stronger and of course, faster :D.
