Pics and videos of the Canadian Half Ironman

Full race report can be found here.

Thanks for Jenny and Kelvin...they took the pic and videos. You guys are great.

I don't think he really picked. I think he just scratched. Even if he did pick, is it really that wrong???

Did some of those swimmers hear "go!"? They sure took their time getting in the water. Scratch.

Very cool, Cliff.

I loved the nose picking commentary, too!

Hey, Cliff - sorry I'm taking so long in getting to this, but I wanted to say congrats on your half-IM. You must have really cranked up the training this summer to take such a big chunk of time off your PR. Very nice work.

I enjoyed your triathlete/Christian thoughts, too. Definitely a lot of parallels.

Cliff- I'm giving your buddy the benefit of the doubt and say it was a scratch! I'm glad that suit is giving you so much use up there- looks like a perfect fit bro! :-)

Awesome Awesome job at the half. Love all the pics and videos. Can't wait to keep reading your stuff in the "off season" as you prepare for IM.

That's so awesome! Congrats! Thanks also for the comment on my post. By the way, I purposely keep the title "Diary of an Amateur Triathlete" to remind myself that I'm always learning.
