A quickie.
I had trouble sleeping last night. Barely get any sleep in. This morning, woke up and I pull a tendon around my left hip flexor. Had trouble walking. Going to bail out on the run. Instead, hitting the pool with a pull. Spent the morning doing some home stuff and sending resume.
It is time to start looking forward. Things are never as grim as they look. :)

Ouch! Hope it will improve soon. Make sure to give it enough rest.

Not good, hopefully it's not as bad as you think.
Having trouble sleeping, an injury, 'bad' thoughts are all symptoms of over- training.
Take 2 or 3 days off, get youself well rested and ease back into training.

take a nap! i hate nights like that. hope your hip flexor feels better.
