My friend took some video of me swimming last night...oh yeah..i need improvement...have u ever seen a rock swim..welll check this blog later and i will show u :).
I also talked to my dentist yesterday. I am going to get one implant and one crown. Going to do two root canal as well. It looks like it is within the budget I set aside to fix my teeth. Sweet....

Pretty funny domain name. Swimming is tough. Jason has the same problem. Just think of it this way, you must have a lot of lower body muscle mass and not enough fat to help you float!
I've had root canals and 3 dental implants. I know that stuff is scary but the technology is great, and if you have good people working on you, it should be a breeze. The worst part is the Novacaine shot! Just remember to start your post-op pain medication BEFORE the Novacaine wears off or you'll be in a heap of pain.
I vote for keeping the one Commodore gave you. Except I'd change it to an 800 number -- you'll get more phone calls that way!

Yo Cliff, so glad to hear that you are FINALLY getting the teeth fixed once and for all. I was gonna warn you about the PAIN, but you are such an animal with training that I just know it's gonna be a piece of cake!
